GĒA Greek Sage from Pieria

Fragrant Greek sage with large whole leaves and a warm, earthy aroma. Brew it as a comforting herbal tea, or use it in cooking with potatoes, vegetables, beans, chicken and pork. Gently crush the leaves before use to release more of their aroma. For tea, steep in hot water for around 5–7 minutes and enjoy as it is, or with honey or lemon.
