For our shelf-stable pantry products, you normally have 14 days after the day you receive your order to withdraw. Then you have another 14 days to send it back.

Tell us which order or products you wish to return. No reason or permission is needed. You pay the return postage. Please handle products with care. We may reduce your refund for loss in value caused by use beyond what is needed to inspect them.
Wrong, damaged or unsafe?
Email hello@geahouseoftaste.com with the order number and what happened. We cover necessary return costs for a product that does not meet your statutory rights. Please do not consume a product you believe may be unsafe. These rights apply independently of the 14-day change-of-mind period.

Package it securely. This is a postal return address; we do not offer in-person drop-off or collection.
Your refund
Refunds are due within 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may wait for the goods or proof of return, whichever arrives first. We use your original payment method unless you agree otherwise. A full-order withdrawal includes the cheapest standard outward shipping we offered; see the Terms of sale for details.
